I guess the word is out and that word is… FLAVOR. Talking to our suppliers and distributors there will be over 200 unique new items in the first quarter of this year. The overwhelming majority of these items are specialty FLAVORS. Yes, chocolate, berry, cherry, raspberry etc.  There’s also new Fruit Loops, white cake, green tea, cucumber and plum. Most think that these are just new vodka flavors but no, Jim Beam is coming with new flavors of Bourbon. There will also be new flavors of rum and tequila as well as new beer flavors.

We learn most of our knowledge from our customers. It is funny when they come in and ask for a new root beer flavored product and it is coming in the next week. They seem to know before the truck hits the door. With the Internet and travel to big cities (who always get the items first) the flavor of the month club is alive and strong.

It is a challenge for us to keep up with the rapidly changing terrain but believe me, we are on it. We have our scouts out and we are bringing you what you want as fast as we can.

It is fun for us to hear, “If anybody has it, we know Berbiglia will”. Come in and try out the new flavors… it’s fun.
